Quick answers about All Brain No Luck. The app is still in testing, so these answers describe the test builds.

How do I add a player?

On the Who's playing? screen, a grown-up taps Add a player. Tap New name until a made-up nickname fits, pick an avatar, set the birth year and tap Save. A device holds up to 6 players.

What is the parental gate?

A quick check that keeps the grown-up parts of the app for grown-ups: press and hold the button for 3 seconds, then answer a times-table question. It stands in front of the Grown-ups area, where the settings and data controls live. It isn't a password, so keep an eye on younger players.

How do I delete data?

Open Grown-ups and pass the parental gate. Choose a player, then Delete play data to clear their progress, or Delete player and data to remove them completely. To keep a copy first, use Export all data. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored. Deleted data can't be recovered: it was only ever on your device.

How do I turn the sound down or make it calmer?

Open the sound controls to Mute, change the Volume, or switch on Calm sounds for gentler effects. The app also follows your device's reduce-motion setting (on iPhone and iPad: Settings > Accessibility > Motion; on Android: Remove animations, in the Accessibility settings).

How do I get a refund?

The app doesn't sell anything yet. When it does, purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds come from Apple or Google under their policies: use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or follow Google Play's refund steps. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but we're happy to help.

Does the app need the internet?

No. Test builds work fully offline, and everything stays on your device.

When can we get it?

Soon. All Brain No Luck is coming to iOS and Android, in 10 languages.
